The Ultimate Grand Prix (UGP) takes place at Silverstone Race Circuit.
It is one of our four current Away Days programmes for High Performers run by world-class leaders in their fields.
This innovative leadership and management tool is set in the fictional world of the Ultimate Grand Prix, the world’s top motor race. Those attending will go through a scenario based learning exercise using real locations at the Silverstone circuit to solve problems, work in teams, negotiate, plan and organize resources related to an incident at the event.
Mind Over Matter (MOM) partner with Izone to provide innovative simulation and feedback including the use of a Neuro-Tracker, EEG and reaction simulation. For those wishing to participate in the full package there is also a race simulation in an F1 simulator or a real time driving experience taking in five laps of the Silverstone circuit with renowned driving coach, Callum Macleod.
The day is focused specifically on leadership, team work and problem solving and can cater for individuals, teams and whole businesses.
