You and the members of your team will be some of the first people to experience White Knuckle Ride.

We use a range of scenarios including a roller coaster crash, a suspect package and crowd trouble to support participant’s learning.
The session will focus on team development, leadership delivery and change protocols affected by such an incident. These include dealing with the press, working with the fire services, police and paramedics, on how best to deal with the incident.

Taken– Out of your Comfort Zone

Could you negotiate with a kidnapper?

Negotiation and communication are two key elements in all teams and this scenario-based activity focuses on these key aspects during a live kidnap/active shooter scenario.

A series of challenges related to the kidnap scenario will be used to develop both a range of cognitive skills. It is high powered, thought provoking and often brings out strengths in a team, which initially may seem to have been absent.

Into the Deep – Working under Pressure

Can you survive the storm?

This immersive-learning programme focuses on personal survival and the sea rescue training schedule used to train volunteers at the RNLI.

This innovative workshop supports the development of organisational team building, problem solving and decision making skills, all whilst in a hostile environment unfamiliar to the participants.

Ultimate GP – Change through Challenge

Putting you in the red zone.

The Ultimate Grand Prix (UGP) is an exciting, bespoke team development programme, comprising a series of exercises, both physical and cognitive, to support the development of your team.
