Mind over Matter has created a number of scenario-based learning activities which last either half a day, one day or are held over a two day period. These include the Ultimate Grand Prix where participants will deal with real-time risk situations and relate them back to their own workplace. As well as this, psychological profiling and motor skills testing may be used and often a simulation or real life driving experience takes place. Other scenarios include a roller coaster crash at the Tivoli Gardens in Denmark and an HR scenario linked to Special Forces personnel where participants must create job descriptions and person specification quickly and efficiently to find the actors employment. The scenario-based learning activities are available in many other permutations and are very well received by clients.
In the scenarios, participants deal with a range of real-time challenges and relate them back to their own workplace creating and implementing solutions by developing a range of skills and attributes.
As well as this, psychological profiling, motor skills testing, team development and leadership activities may be used to support clients in the development of their management or leadership teams. There is a large range of MOM scenarios readily available (these are made bespoke in line with the client needs) and these are always very well received by clients.
