Chris Kemp

CEO

Chris Kemp has had a range of successful careers, including social work, rock promotion, venue management, arts management, Dean, Professor and Pro-Vice Chancellor at a university, owning a promotions company and finally starting MOM four years ago. He is highly qualified with degrees in Human Movement, Arts Administration and a doctorate in Cognitive Psychology. Chris has worked across the world in business transformation, crowd management, security and has delivered courses in leadership, health, safety, security and crowd management. His passion for success and his extended family is what keeps him at the top of his game.

Hayley Rogers

Creative Director

Hayley Rogers has an eclectic background with a degree in Sociology and another in Dance as well as running her own busy photographic printing business. She balances her work with her active family of three children. With a dynamic social life and an obsession with crazy personal challenges she squeezes every ounce out of the day. There is never a dull moment with Hayley around. Hayley’s off the wall ideas inspire others and her support of the dynamic partnerships and business ideas for MOM brings new life to the business.

Clare Young

Office Manager

Clare Young has an eye for detail and tenaciously follows up any loose ends left by the creative team. With a business degree and after following a career in marketing as well as running her own wedding photography business, Clare now balances her career with bringing up her two girls.  Clare runs the MOM office like a well-oiled machine and is responsible for finance, HR and admin. Her love of organising and attention to detail leaves the creatives to get on with their jobs without any worries about the day to day paperwork.

Di James

Social Media Manager

Di James is a seasoned professional in the media world having worked at The Sun newspaper for 16 years taking up various positions including Studio Manager, online Picture Editor and Editor of the hugely successful Page 3 website which, at its peak, achieved 60 million page impressions a month. Having recently retrained as a Social Media Manager, she now looks after our social media feeds in-between school runs. Di is tenacious, bubbly and dedicated to her work, before she arrived at MOM, social media meant using your phone twice a day. Di has revolutionised MOM’s social media presence making it a key part of our marketing push.

Charlotte Howell

Website Development Manager

Charlotte Howell is responsible for managing and updating the MOM website. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing having worked in this area in different roles since completing her A Levels. Most recently Charlotte spent 5 years as a Sales and Marketing Executive for the software company then took a career break to bring up her two children. Charlotte is also a fully qualified dance teacher. Charlotte has spent many months working through the huge task of letting people know who MOM are and what they do.

We have over twenty Associates working on projects, reports, delivering courses, away days, executive education and tabletops. As well as this portfolio, we provide expert support for a range of businesses across the world. All of our Associates and tutors are experts in their fields and have worked in a range industries which complement our business. As a lot of our work is immersive our Associates and tutors are carefully selected to ensure the quality and professionalism of our offer.
