Counter Terrorism: What are we doing now and for the future in event and crowded space?
This session focuses on the present thoughts and expectations of those involved in counter terrorism planning and those working at events and festivals. By melding these two opinions together we will review what is presently being carried out and what support is expected from and will be given to events, venues, and festivals to futureproof them against attack going forward. We will also be looking at how we can do things differently so that an interoperability development can best be used at events where organisations are working together. This seminar features Pete Dalton a former CT SecCo & Specialist Commander, John McKee a serving officer, Paul foster from One plan who focuses on events and the way that they are run and managed and Dr Pascal Viot the Security provider at the Paleo Festival.
