Mind Over Matter Consultancy (MOM) and Edge Networks have partnered to deliver a suite of Remote Performance and Wellbeing Programmes designed to help employees excel when working remotely.

Following a successful pilot scheme, both companies are taking steps to provide business leaders with a better understanding of mental health in the delivery of remote working, and its influence on business success and creativity.

Programme Perspective

Companies who engage in the programmes will gain new perspectives on:

  • Solving remote team challenges in a dynamically changing workplace.
  • Creating more effective, efficient and productive teams in a range of environments.
  • Supporting agility in helping workmates through the change processes.
  • Communicating with and motivating others to create a cohesive remote workforce.
  • Maximising workforce potential by developing creative thinkers.

Professor Chris Kemp, CEO of Mind Over Matter Consultancy: “Working with Edge compliments MOM’s innovative stance on alternative working philosophies. In a world where working remotely is gradually becoming a norm we have been able to trial a programme which provides collective options both in the remote workplace and also in supporting and mitigating mental health issues within companies.”

With remote working set to stay, managing the mental health of employees has become a top business priority. Scenario-based programmes focus on building an agile company with the means to adapt and respond to changing conditions, one which develops a culture of solidarity and provides comfortable and caring conditions which spark creativity and innovation.

Jon Lanceley, Managing Director of Edge Networks: “The pandemic has presented multiple challenges for business leaders, especially managing and leading a team remotely. Partnering with MOM has helped drive our team forward during a very difficult time. Working on the course programmes has enabled Edge to support our people working in remote environments with practical capabilities that allow them to develop and deliver to their maximum potential.”
