After an excellent online session with the O2, the MOM team travelled to Wembley Stadium where Pete Dalton provided our first face-to-face, venue based Level 5 Counter Terrorism and Protective Security programme. The quality of this programme has been tested for the last five months.
This venue based programme provides managers from various areas of the venue with the chance to listen, take part in exercises and then to fold back learnings into the workplace. By using the “Learning in the Round Philosophy”, created by professors Patrick Smith and Chris Kemp, the philosophy enables everyone to be a specialist, a participant and a facilitator.
